TBW is now Wills Eye Physicians Bailey Weber Wisner. What does this partnership mean for patients?

Q: Will I still be able to see my current doctor?
A: Yes. Doctors Bailey, Weber, Wisner, and Kosvitch will continue to provide the exceptional care you’ve come to expect at the same location you have always visited.

Q: Will your hours of operation change?
A: No. Our hours of operation will remain the same: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Thursday hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Q: Does Wills Eye Physicians Bailey Weber Wisner accept my insurance plan?
A; A: Nearly all insurance providers previously accepted by Bailey Weber Wisner are still accepted. In the unlikely event that we can no longer accept your insurance, we will inform you via telephone prior to your next appointment.

Q: Will the Plymouth Meeting office remain open?
A: Yes. Our location at 4060 Butler Pike in Plymouth Meeting, PA will remain our main service location and we will continue to see patients at Wills Eye Hospital in Center City as well. As always, you have the choice of whichever location is most convenient for you.

Q: Will the optical shop remain open?
A: Yes. Our optical shop will continue to deliver the same outstanding service it always has. Please contact the optical shop directly regarding insurance coverage for your glasses.

Q: Can I still purchase contact lenses through both offices?
A: Yes. The contact lens ordering process will remain the same.

Q: Is anything else changing?
A: Yes. You will see changes to office signage and document letterheads to reflect our new name: Wills Eye Physicians Bailey Weber Wisner. You may also see the name, “Wills Eye Ophthalmology Clinic” on your billing statement or explanation of benefits from your insurance company; this is the name that Wills Eye Hospital uses for submitting your insurance claims.
