Our practice offers comprehensive eye care with particular attention to cataract surgery. We also offer specialized care in areas such as LASIK, contact lenses, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and dry eye. We have a full-service optical shop within our office for the convenience of our patients.
Our surgeons are trained at Wills Eye Hospital. They offer advanced surgical options such as laser-assisted cataract surgery, dropless cataract surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. They are skilled in using all of the intraocular lens choices available to patients (standard, multifocal/accommodative, and toric).

Our doctors are on the leading edge of eye care and are leaders in caring for others. They regularly give of their time to teach resident physicians at Wills Eye Hospital and Chestnut Hill Hospital, medical students at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania, and optometric students from Salus University. They also lead courses at professional meetings and perform charity surgery internationally.
Robert S. Bailey Jr., MD
Dr. Bailey specializes in cataract surgery in both routine and high-risk patients, and he serves as the Chief of Cataract & Primary Eye Care Service at Wills Eye Hospital. Chestnut Hill Hospital named him its Chief of Ophthalmology, and he teaches as a Clinical Associate Professor at Thomas Jefferson University.
Amy E. Weber, MD
Dr. Weber’s compassionate and thorough ophthalmology practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of various eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, eyelid and ocular surface diseases, neuro-ophthalmic conditions, and macular degeneration. She sees patients of all ages and performs surgery at the Plymouth Meeting location.
Douglas M. Wisner, MD
Dr. Wisner specializes in routine and high risk cataract surgery, is an assistant professor at Thomas Jefferson University, co-director of the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service and directs the Measey Ophthalmic Surgical Training Lab at Wills Eye.
Philip A. Kosvitch, OD
Dr. Kosvitch has served as the practice’s optometrist since 2005, and he’s therapeutically licensed and sees patients of all ages. His focus is primary care and contact lenses, but he also provides low vision services to patients with impaired vision not correctable with conventional eyewear.
Reza Razeghinejad, MD
Dr. Razeghinejad is an attending physician on the Wills Eye Glaucoma Service. He specializes in medical, laser and surgical treatment of glaucoma, glaucoma research, and complex cataract surgery.
