Bailey Weber Wisner
Our surgeons are trained at Wills Eye Hospital. They offer advanced surgical options such as laser-assisted cataract surgery, dropless cataract surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. They are skilled in using all of the intraocular lens choices available to patients (standard, multifocal/accommodative, and toric).

Our doctors
Our doctors are on the leading edge of eye care and are leaders in caring for others. They regularly give of their time to teach resident physicians at Wills Eye Hospital and Chestnut Hill Hospital, medical students at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania, and optometric students from Salus University. They also lead courses at professional meetings and perform charity surgery internationally.
Amy E. Weber, MD
Dr. Weber’s compassionate and thorough ophthalmology practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of various eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, eyelid and ocular surface diseases, neuro-ophthalmic conditions, and macular degeneration. She sees patients of all ages and performs surgery at the Plymouth Meeting location.
Douglas M. Wisner, MD
Jeffrey F. McMahon, MD
Dr. McMahon specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, eyelid and ocular surface diseases. He sees patients in Plymouth Meeting and at Wills Eye Hospital.
Lauren Hock, MD
Dr. Hock is a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist at the Wills Eye Hospital. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She is committed to providing patient-centered care and contributing to novel research that may improve treatment options for glaucoma patients.
Charlotte Marous, MD
Dr. Marous is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and went on to complete a highly competitive two-year fellowship in oculofacial plastic and orbital surgery through the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) at the Lions Eye Institute and Albany Medical College.
Shruthi Harish, MD
Dr. Shruthi Harish is a neuro-ophthalmologist with a unique background combining expertise in the fields of ophthalmology and neurology. She completed an neurology residency at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and followed by a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital. An academician by nature, Dr. Harish has contributed extensively to the field, publishing papers on various topics in neuro-ophthalmology and presenting posters at national conferences, including the American Academy of Neurology and the North American Neuro-ophthalmology Society.
Bren Davis, MD
Dr. Davis is from New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Vanderbilt University, followed by medical school at Louisiana State University in New Orleans where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed an internal medicine internship at Tulane followed by ophthalmology residency at the combined program of Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center.

Dr. Bailey, a Clinical Associate Professor at Thomas Jefferson University, is currently active in a teaching capacity with the Wills Eye Residents. He is not seeing patients privately.
